Welcome to the Remote Sensing of Forest Group led by Prof. Huaguo Huang in the Forestry College, Beijing Forestry University. Our research includes the 3D modelling of forest and its remote sensing signals in VNIR, TIR, lidar and microwave regions, as well as applications of remote sensing and geographical information science in forestry. Research interests mainly focus on the development of 3D radiative transfer model RAPID and application cases on pest and fire monitoring.
